Junior Sales Representative

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
Responsible for business planning and operations to pro-actively ensure that all required sales targets are met and to develop and maintain sales performances.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ·         Ensure availability and timeous delivery of products.
  • ·         Timeously collect orders from clients daily as per needs and available storage facilities and making arrangements of vehicles for delivery.
  • ·         Products and arranges for replacements (expiry date exceeded) as per laid down rules and regulations.
  • ·         Timeously provide feedback to Sales Manager when problems with product delivery, quality are experienced.
  • ·         Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • ·         Timeously provide accurate reports to the Field Sales Manager on visits, challenges, questions on deals, quality issues as raised by bakeries, makes out FOC etc.
  • ·         Creating client reports.
  • ·         Control and supervision of Merchandisers.
  • ·         Ensure Namib Mills get required exposure.
  • ·         Ensure up to date with new developments in market.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
  • ·         Grade 12 NQF 4.
  • ·         One year (1) working experience.
  • ·         Computer literate with a good mastering of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • ·         Must be able to communicate well in English and Afrikaans.
  • ·         Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • ·         Valid driver’s license and Namibian passport.
