The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities, from identifying opportunities through to closing sales/marketing plans which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base. The Sales Representative will work within the sales team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long term account goals in line the company vision and values.

Essential Job Functions of Sales Representative:

-          Sales of assigned products to customers in the assigned areas and industries
-          Sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
-          Gather and submit detailed business information for pricing and presentations
-          Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective activities such as sales calls, presentations, follow-up activities.
-          Identify business problems, effects thereof as well as develop solutions to these.
-          Develop database of leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face interaction, email and networking.
-          Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in the African Marketing catering business.

Requirements:

-          Grade 12 Matric
-          Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Afrikaans.
-          Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-          Minimum uninterrupted previous employment of 3 years in the similar role
-          A valid driver’s license.
