Dealer Principal/Branch Manager

Pupkewitz Hino Trucks – Windhoek & Pupkewitz Nissan – Oshakati

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Steering the business to successfully achieve its budget.
• Managing the assets optimally to ensure return on investment
• Engage human capital and optimize talent.
• Increasing market share
• Be a Pupkewitz brand ambassador

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A leader and team builder with sound interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Have 3 year’s experience as a manager.
• Must have flair for sales and marketing
• Be passionate about customer service
• Have a positive “hands on” attitude and willing to work hard
• Have a sound systems approach to administration and controls
• Although a tertiary qualification will be an added advantage, candidates with business acumen and business drive should also apply.

•Ensure the waybill is endorsed with any shortages/damages immediately.

•Ensure the goods received coincide with the respective invoice.

•Ensure that RFC;’s and DR’s are completed and faxed.

•Ensure that claim forms against Courier for damaged goods or goods not delivered are completed.

•Ensure that daily perpetual stock take is conducted and double-check the counting thereof.

•Ensure that parts prepared for dispatching have an invoice or credit note from supplier before being placed in the dispatch bay.

•Ensure that the invoice/credit note is specified on the waybill accompanying the dispatch parts.

Requirements  

•Grade 12 or equivalent

•3 years relevant experience

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Competent self motivated person

•Computer literate with experience in Motodata/V10
