Position: Storekeeper (Paterson Job Grade B2) – Social Security Commission, Windhoek

Primary Purpose of the Position:
The incumbent in this position will provide stores management and control services for the Commission. To render printing services to the Commission and to undertake maintenance of Commission office equipment.

Job Requirements:
A Grade 12 certificate PLUS 2 years stores management experience. Computer Literacy is essential. Experience in heavy duty, high volume reproduction equipment will be an added advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Store keeping
  2. Stocktaking and control (store room)
  3. Reproduction/printing
  4. Verify and record shortages on service and goods
  5. Maintenance of office equipment
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  • Good command of the English language, and the ability to successfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of client service.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A sense of cooperation, honesty and integrity
  • Ability to work as a team member
