CLERK: BUILDING MAINTENANCE (PATTERSON GRADE LEVEL B2)

Purpose of the Job:
To provide administrative services to the Building Maintenance Section, which includes ensuring the handling of all routine HR Administration queries.

Key Performance Areas:
Financial Administration
Office and General Administration

Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 (minimum 23 points) with 1 year experience in administrative/secretarial in a building environment.
Drivers License Code BE.

CLERK: ADMINISTRATION (PATTERSON GRADE LEVEL B2)

Purpose of the Job:
To provide an administrative service to the Roads Construction and Maintenance, Workshop and Building Maintenance Sections, which includes ensuring the completion of all routine HR Administration functions, thereby assisting the immediate superior and the Sections in the completion of all operational duties.

Financial Administration
Office and General Administration
Supervisory duties

Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 (minimum 23 points) with 1 year experience in administrative/secretarial position.
Driver’s License Code BE

GENERAL ARTISAN (PATTERSON GRADE LEVEL B3)

Purpose of the Job:
Plumbing, sanitary and drainage systems
Administration, housekeeping and supervision

Qualifications and Experience:
A 3 year National Technical Certificate (Vocational Training Certificate) in the Building Trade with 2 years experience in Building Maintenance.
Drivers License Code BE

Remuneration:
The remuneration package will be market related, inclusive of competitive service benefits.
