BRANCH MANAGER - Namibia

My client manufactures a wide range of presentation, desktop, office, interactive and signage products. They require a dynamic individual to motivate the team and maintain sales in and around Namibia.

• Matric + Diploma/Degree
• 5 - 10 years management experience in sales and branch management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and grow sales according to company targets
• Integrity to manage petty cash, stock etc
• Strong Admin Skills required
• Ability to manage a warehouse and compile activity and driver logs

KPI’s:
• Management of the Branch – 2 Key Accounts Managers, 2 Drivers, 2 warehouse staff, merchandiser and office administrator
• Managements of Sales and budgets: - Assist branch and KAMS to achieve target, forecast and strategize in advance, create action plans to focus sales
• Management of Stock – Stock levels to be managed, stock counts to be audited, stock to be ordered and managed from main JHB warehouse
• Management of Key Relationships – manage and grow relationships with Key Account Customers
• Maintenance of branch – Ensure maintenance of buildings and delivery vehicles

Salary – This is negotiable depending on experience and fit to position. Will include basic, car allowance, cell allowance, petrol, commission and incentives.
