Insurance Company Needs 2 x Office Assistants - Receptionist and Insurance Account Administrator - Swakopmund

We are urgently looking for 2 capable office assistants.

1: Insurance Account Administrator 

Insurance Company in Swakopmund has a vacancy for an account administrator. The suitable candidate should have experience in claims preparation and underwriting. 2: Receptionist Receptionist /PA / lady for everything is needed in our Walvis Bay office Life Insurance Office . 

  • She/he must be computer literate (mails, word and basic excel), and FRIENDLY with clients (peoples person) 
  • Driver’s licence. 
  • MUST be able to speak and write English, Afrikaans (advantageous would be german) at a Grade 12 standard/quality. 
  • Willing to learn…… good possibility to grow in the business. 
  • Honest, self-initiative and not too good to do “odd” jobs e.g. make coffee, filing, wash office dishes etc. (Remuneration is negotiable)
