Vacancy – Costing Clerk (Warranty)

Location - Windhoek
The Position
The successful candidate will open work orders and order
parts and ensures that all warranty paperwork is properly documented and that
all verifying criteria needed by the manufacturer are processed correctly.
Key Accountabilities:
- Open jobs on CRM and plan parts and labour and b/outs.
- Liaise with Parts Department for all parts to be ordered.
- Plan release and create order in case of b/outs.
- Update warranty control sheets.
- Receives tax invoices, migo and sends copy to accounts.
- Complete billing docs and admin complete jobs.
- Liaise with supervisor on job confirmation.
Qualification and
Experience:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- 1 to 2 years working experience.
- Sound business communication skills – managerial and technical report writing skills essential.
- Sound interpersonal relationship skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office and SIS ET).
- Problem solving and failure analysis skills.
- Warranty claim experience is an added advantage.
