Debtors Clerk Wanted – Epic Transport, Windhoek

Position: Debtors Clerk
Main Responsibilities:
  • Cost and process invoices
  • Reconcile debtors’ accounts
  • Check and resolve all outstanding queries
  • To foster good company image to customers and the general public.
  • Timeous reporting

Minimum Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Evolution/Pastel
  • Minimum 3 years previous work experience [Transport experience preferred]
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work overtime when necessary.
  • Good English and Afrikaans communication skills
  • Make a good impression, tidy, punctual and responsible.
