To assist the Manager: Business Efficiency Improvement in maintaining the productivity measurement tools within the Bank Windhoek Holdings group, with a view to ensure continued business efficiency improvements.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
Work Measurement Studies
Maintain and enhance productivity measurement tools.
Maintain systematic application techniques to establish the work content and time it should take to complete a task or series of tasks.
Prepare and submit feasible recommendations to executives.
Time Study
When required, analyse and determine more efficient methods in terms of time and effort to perform a task or a series of tasks.
Scrutinise the way tasks are completed in order to propose improvements.
Productivity Analysis
Conduct productivity analysis to identify areas for potential productivity improvement projects.
Identify areas of delays and interruptions that result in loss of productivity.
Scrutinise productivity reports with a view to:
Identify branches with low or very high productivity ratings and investigating the contributing factors.
Ensure that the productivity data has been uploaded correctly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for business highlighting productivity ratings, posts conceded and posts withdrawn.
Monitoring of activities
The following activities are required to be monitored on a continuous basis:
Monthly, quarterly and annual productivity ratings of branches.
Temporary/casual positions.
Implementation of structural adjustment recommendations.
Branch Support
Support branches to identify workflow issues, training requirements and general support to overcome bottleneck and productivity challenges.
Undertake assessments following requests received from branches/departments for assistance and submitting recommendations to HR/Operations.
Maintain benchmarking models and staff prognostications.
Organisational Structures
Update and maintain the organisational structures for branches and departments within the group.
Prepare monthly management reporting, indicating actual vs budgeted head count.
Other:
Be willing to perform any other reasonable and lawful duties assigned by management.
Responsible for direct liaison regarding productivity issues.

Minimum Requirements...
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
3+ years general banking experience is required.
3+ years data extraction experience is preferred.
Computer literacy essential, especially in the following Microsoft applications (Access, Visio, Excel and Word)
Ability to work without supervision.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Skill in analysing and evaluating financial information.
Ability to express himself/herself in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge in the organisation and methods and work study fields will be preferred
QUALIFICATION
Grade 12
Certificate in work study is preferred
Certificate in advance MS Access/Excel
