Chief Technical Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.
Job Competencies:
·
Build out and leverage existing nework and IT
infrastructure
·
Drive company technology strategy as a business
enabler
·
Enhance Executive Committee and Shareholders
relationships
·
Enhance customer relationships
·
Manage and direct the Technology team
·
Oversee all facets of network operations
including telephony service and support infrastructures for billling, CRM, etc.
·
Manage and direct the IT department
·
Manage and direct the Radio and Transmission
departments
·
Manage and direct network operations and
technology projects
Experience & Skills required:
·
At least 10 years relevant industry experience
within the Telecommunications industry in similar roles, preferably in Europe
and / or Africa.
·
Relevant experience in Executive Management
·
Analytical, strategic, strong financial and
negotiation skills
Academic Qualifications:
·
Relevant Degree and / or Masters Degree in
Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or Information
Technology.
