Regional Operations Manager – G4S, Erongo Region, Namibia

G4S has a vacancy for a Regional Ops Manager based in Walvis Bay. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director G4S Namibia, Windhoek

Principal Accountabilities:

• Effective management of Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and Henties Bay Business Units Operations and Financial Performances.
• Effective management of Human Resources
• Carry out investigations and provision of written reports to Ops Director G4S Namibia.
• Maintain excellent service quality and client relationships.
• Client liaison
• Organic growth of the region by means of new business and expansion of current client basis.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant security qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in security/safety environment and 3 years management.
• Knowledge of Debtors and Creditors.
• Knowledge of Pastel/Evolution a prerequisite.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
• Highly disciplined and strong personality
• Intelligent, responsible and good team worker
• Namibian citizen,
• Code 08 Driving Licence
• Have own vehicle
• Language proficiency in English and Afrikaans ( third language, an added advantage)
• Have own accommodation
