KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Steering the business to successfully achieve its budget.
- Managing the assets optimally to ensure return on investment
- Engage human capital and optimize talent.
- Increasing market share
- Be a Pupkewitz brand ambassador
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A leader and team builder with sound interpersonal skills and good communication.
- Have 3 year’s experience as a manager.
- Must have flair for sales and marketing
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have a positive “hands on” attitude and willing to work hard
- Have a sound systems approach to administration and controls
- Although a tertiary qualification will be an added advantage, candidates with business acumen and business drive should also apply.
