The purpose of this position is to provide global human resources services to a multi-disciplinary Management team and to maintain HR Strategies at B2Gold

Location:

This position will be based at the Otjikoto Mine site and will report directly to the HR Superintendent

Competencies and Requirements:

·         Relevant Human Resources and Industrial Psychology Diploma or Degree

·         10 years working experience as an HR Generalist

·         Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence
