Debtors Clerk Wanted – Epic Transport, Windhoek
Position: Debtors Clerk
Main Responsibilities:
- Cost and process invoices
- Reconcile debtors’ accounts
- Check and resolve all outstanding queries
- To foster good company image to customers and the general public.
- Timeous reporting
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of Evolution/Pastel
- Minimum 3 years previous work experience [Transport experience preferred]
- Proficient Excel skills
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work overtime when necessary.
- Good English and Afrikaans communication skills
- Make a good impression, tidy, punctual and responsible.
